简介

IP3255 系列内置高精度电压检测电路和延迟电路，是用于 3 节或 4 节串联锂离子/聚合物可充电电池保护的 IC。通过 SEL 端子的切换，可用来保护 3 节或 4 节串联电池。内置充放电 NTC 高低温保护功能。

特性

高精度电压检测保护*1

过充检测电压 VCU：

3.500V ~ 4.100V, step 50mV 4.100V ~ 4.575V, step 25mV精度±25mV

过充恢复电压 VCL：

3.450V ~ 4.050V, step 100mV 4.050V ~ 4.400V, step 50mV精度±100mV

过放检测电压 VDL：

1.800V ~ 2.000V, step 50mV 2.000V ~ 2.900V, step 100mV精度±80mV

过放恢复电压 VDR：

2.000V ~ 3.1000V, step 100mV精度±100mV

三段过电流检测功能

过电流检测电压 1：

0.03V ~ 0.34V, step 10mV

精度±25mV

过电流检测电压 2：

0.35V ~ 0.70V, step 50mV

精度±50mV

短路检测电压：1.20V 固定值精度±0.3V

通过外接电容可设置过充电检测延迟时间、过放电检测延迟时间和过流检测延迟时间 1（过流检测延迟时间 2 和短路检测延迟时间内部分别固定为 1ms 和 200µs）

充电过流保护功能

检测电压：0.03V ~ 0.34V, step 10mV精度±25mV

内置电池均衡功能

支持外扩 MOS 管增大均衡电流

均衡开启电压

3.4V ~ 3.9V, step 25mV

3.9V ~ 4.45V, step 50mV

精度±30mV

通过 SEL 端子可以实现 3 节/4 节电池切换

断线检测功能

超低功耗

工作模式：35µA

含 15uA 充电 mos 驱动电流）

休眠模式：5µA

封装：TSSOP16
