概述

  • 载波频带300 MHz至465 MHz (0.25 kHz步长)600 MHz至930 MHz (0.49 kHz步长)
  • Δ-Σ分数n型锁相环
  • 可编程功放输出功率:-15 ~ 11dbm, 128步进
  • 调制类型:ASK/OOK/FSK与软ASK和/或软FSK整形
  • 3线/4线SPI接口
  • 特殊功能寄存器
  • 嵌入式32mhz晶体谐振器和振荡电路
  • 可编程时钟输出通过CKOUT
  • 低电压检测可编程电压阈值:4步(1.8 V ~ 2.4 V)
  • 故障安全机制(锁相环失锁，VCO自动校准错误，欠压检测)
