 SG-9101CB 系列是一款高精度可编程性的晶体振荡器，能够在0.67 MHz至170 MHz的频率范围内以1ppm的步长精确调整频率。这款振荡器支持宽范围的电源电压（1.62 V至3.63V），并提供使能（OE）或待机（ST）的功能，以及向下或中心扩频调制选项。用户可以通过“SG-Writer II”编程工具对振荡器进行编程。

 

  • 频率范围:0.67 MHz to 170 MHz ( 1ppm一步)
  • 电源电压:1.62 V to 3.63V
  • 功能:使能（OE）或 待机(ST)
  • 向下或中心扩频调制
  • 可配置的扩展:3调制分布图(Hershey-kiss, Sine-wave, Triangle)
