产品概述
CR3015A 是针对高性能、低功耗、高效率的离线式反激变换器而优化设计的一款次级侧简单结构的同步整流控制器，支持 CCM、DCM 和 OR 等多种工作模式。
CR3015A 集成多种自供电方式，VDD和 GATE 驱动电压可设置在 6V 至 9V 区间。CR3015A 控制器搭配外围N沟道MOSFET，来替代传统肖特基二极管，可有效提升系统效率。
CR3015A 驱动具有较大的下拉电流能力和极短的关断传输延时,CCM 模式下可以明显降低初级侧功率 MOSFET 漏端电压尖峰:此外，内置自适应驱动电路，当电感电流降低到一定程度时，CR3015A会调整其 GATE 电压，以使 Vos电压(同步整流开关管的漏源压差)维持在同步预关断阈值 Vm_oFF_ADv 附近，即当原边主控将要开通时，次级侧的同步整流的GATE 驱动电压已经降到较低的幅值，因此更有利于加快关断速度、降低尖峰。
CR3015A 中特有的驱动脚抗干扰技术,可以防止 GATE 脚在芯片启动前被 Vos电压耦合拉高，从而避免系统在启动过程中，发生初、次级同时导通而损坏。
CR3015A 专利的开通控制方式，克服了传统固定电压阈值开通方式的不足，引入了开通斜率检测技术,可有效解决 DCM或 OR 模式下激磁振荡所引起的同步整流误开通的问题，进而提高了系统的可靠性及稳定性。
