PGA460 器件是一款高度集成的片上系统超声波换能 器驱动器和信号调节器，配备先进的 DSP 内核。该器 件具有一个互补低侧驱动器对，可以在基于变压器的拓 扑中使用升压变压器驱动换能器，或在直接驱动拓扑中 使用外部高侧 FET 驱动换能器。该器件可以接收和调 节反射的回波信号，实现物体的可靠检测。此功能是使 用模拟前端 (AFE) 实现的，模拟前端包含一个低噪声 放大器和一个馈送到 ADC 的可编程时变增益级。使用 时变阈值在 DSP 内核中处理数字化信号，从而实现近 场和远场物体检测。 与外部控制器的主要通信可通过 IO 引脚上的时间指令 接口 (TCI) 或 1 线 USART 异步接口，或者 RXD 和 TXD 引脚上的 CMOS 电平 USART 接口实现。 PGA460 可进入超低静态电流低功耗模式以减少闲置 时的功耗，并且可在通信接口上使用指令将其唤醒。 PGA460 还包括片上系统诊断（可监控突发期间的换 能器电压、换能器的频率和衰减时间，以提供完整的激 励信息）和面向过压、欠压、过流和短路情形的电源侧 和收发器侧诊断。
