爱普生车规晶振MC-30A在汽车仪表系统中的应用

    在汽车仪表系统的设计中最重要的是整个系统的功耗和稳定性,同时还应考虑仪表印刷电路板的体积参数,一般仪器的印刷电路板面积参数约为30x13mm,主控制器周围的空间很小,除了电源设备,为满足设计要求,从细节上选择尺寸小, 需要可靠性高的晶体,在可靠性方面,爱普生晶振生产商推出MC-30A车规晶振 Q14MC30A2xxxx00,此款晶振可以提供32.768kHz和其他20kHz-120kHz,的稳定输出频率,当频率为32.768kHz时,频率公差为+20*10-6,+50*10-6,在其他频率下工作时，频率公差为50 10-6,100 10-6。频率温度系数仅为-0.04x10-6/2,输出频率受温度影响较小,晶体老化率仅为+3x10-6/年。使用寿命长,满足汽车仪表稳定应用的要求。

    MC-30A车规晶振 Q14MC30A2xxxx00的最大励磁功率为1UW，工作温度为-40-85C，可以满足仪器单片机低功耗的应用要求,在小型化设计中MC-30A的尺寸参数为8.0*3.8*2.54mm采用表面贴装包装,在MC-30A的应用中，晶体振荡器需要配置滤波电容器。MC-30A的负载电容标准值为12.5pf。同时，MC-30A的最大串联电阻为50K，数值较小，能满足起动振动的要求。同时满足AEC-Q200无源元件质量标准认证，满足汽车仪表系统的所有要求。

    爱普生（EPSON）公司推出的MC-30A车规晶振 Q14MC30A2xxxx00,其负载电容低至6pF,有助于避免单片机误操作,采用SMD封装,25时励磁功率为0.1W,标准频率容限为（+20*10-6，+50*10-6，+100*10-6）,频率范围为32.768kHz（20kHz~120kHz）,工作温度范围为-40+85，环境适应性强。它是汽车应用的理想选择。此外，系统的励磁功率为1.0W（最大），可以降低系统的功耗。超小型封装（8.0 mm*3.8 mm*2.54 mm）可节省系统空间。
