General Description
SCD500S is a high performance,fully differential output linear current sensor.Itcan provide more efctivesolutions for AC or DC current detection and be widely used in industry,consumer and communication equipmentSCD500S incorporates a highly accurate,low-noise linear Hall circuit and a low-Z primary current conductor.The sampling current flows through the main current wire,and the magnetic field produced by it induces thecorresponding electrical signals on the Hall circuit,and then outputs differential signals through the signalprocessing circuit.This technology eliminates the common mode noise introduced by the single ended outputsensor because the common mode output point varies with temperature,so the signal output range and thenoise-signal ratio can be greatly enhanced.The linear Hall circuit is manufactured by advanced BiCMOStechnology,it contains the following modules:high sensitivity Hall sensor,signal preamplifier,high precisiontemperature compensation unit,oscillator,offset cancellation unit and amplifier.Inthe absence ofa magnetic field,the static output is 50% Vcc Under the power supply voltage 5V,the OUTpoN) can vary linearly between 0 2~4 8Vaccord to the magnetic field,the linear output range (OU Tp-OUTx) ofthe signal can be between -4.6~4.6V,signaloutput strength has greatly improved compared with the traditional single ended output,at the same time,theanti-interference performance ofproducts has also been greatly improved。The internal integrated dynamic offsetcancellation circuit makes the IC insensitive from external stresses and the effect ofIC package stresses。The chippackaging standard is SoP8,operating temperature range is between-20~ 1259C。
