　　1、电压互感器的常见故障

　　对于电压互感器，发生较多的是由于设计结构不合理，致使铁芯穿芯螺栓在运行中电位悬浮而放电。这种故障在 20 世纪 80 年代比较常见。目前，随着国内设计结构的改善，新投运的电压互感器在这方面已有较大的改善。电压互感器另一常见故障是绝缘支架不良，其次是端部密封不良而造成进水受潮。表 1-1 为油中气体分析检出 25 台电压互感器故障原因的统计。

　　2、电流互感器的常见故障往往与制造缺陷有关。这里仅简述如下：

　　1）电流互感器的绝缘很厚，有的绝缘包绕松散，绝缘层间有皱折，加之真空处理不良，浸渍不完全而造成含气空腔，从而易引起局部放电故障。

　　2）电容屏尺寸与排列不符合设计要求，甚至少放电容屏，电容极板不光滑平整，甚至错位或断裂，使其均压特性破坏。因此，当局部固体绝缘沿面的电场强度达到一定数值时，就会造成局部放电。

　　上述局部放电的直接后果是使绝缘油裂解，在绝缘层间生成大量的 x 腊，介损增大。这种放电是有累积效应的，任其发展下去，油中气体分析将可能出现电弧放电的特征。
