浅谈最简单的7管封装IGBT模块

　IGBT的优势在于输入阻抗很高，开关速率快，导通态电压低，关断时阻断电压高，集电极和发射机承受电流大的特点，目前已经成为电力电子行业的功率半导体发展的主流器件。IGBT已经由第三代发展到第五代了，由穿透型发展到非穿透型。IGBT模块也在此基础上同步发展，单管模块，半桥模块，6管模块，到现在的7管模块。IGBT驱动设计上比较复杂，需要考虑较多的因素，诸如合理的选择驱动电压Uge和门极驱动电阻Rg，过流过压保护等都是很重要的。IGBT模块广泛用于UPS，感应加热，逆变焊机电源，变频器等领域。

　　对于世强代理的Vincotech7管封装的IGBT模块主要是用于电机驱动的变速调节和新能源逆变上，他由6管再加一个带制动的IGBT单管封装在一起构成一个7管的封装。
