微机开关电源的工作原理及其故障维修与检测方法的介绍

　　微机开关电源是微机中故障率较高的部件之一。目前微机普遍采用脉冲宽度调制变换式开关直流稳压电源，其结构基本相同，故障检修有一定规律。下面先简述微机开关电源的工作原理，然后结合笔者的检修经验，介绍微机开关电源常见故障的检修方法，供大家参考。

　　微机开关电源的工作原理

　　微机开关电源一般都是脉宽调制变换型开关直流稳压电源，它由输入电路、功率变换电路、控制电路、保护电路及主机启动电路构成，大都采用他激式双管半桥型，基本工作原理如图 1 所示。工作过程如下：接通电源后，交流输入通过交流低通滤波器再经整流滤波线路，得到约 300V 的直流高压，经电容 C1、C2分压后加给两只推挽功率开关管 Q1、Q2 ；直流高压还驱动电源内部所需的辅助电源，为脉宽调制组件（一般用 TL494、SG3524 集成块）提供工作电源。控制组件输出两路相位相差 180 度、频率约几十千赫、宽度可调的驱动脉冲，分别驱动推挽功率开关管 Q1、Q2，使两管轮换处于饱和与截止状态。两个推挽功率开关管 Q1、Q2 和电容器 C1、C2 构成桥路的四臂，组成桥式连接，高频变压器的初级绕组作为桥式回路的负载。当功率管未受触发信号作用时，两电容充电，因电容 C1、C2 容量相等则 Vc1=Vc2，其值为直流高压的一半约 150V。当触发信号作用使 Q1 饱和 Q2 截止时，C1 沿 Q1 及变压器 T1 初级绕组放电，同时电源通过 Q1 及 T1 初级绕组对 C2 充电;当 Q1 截止 Q2 饱和时，C2 放电 C1 充电。在一个周期内 T1 初级绕组两端产生 150V 的对称脉冲方波，这一方波在 T1 次级各绕组中感应出脉宽调制脉冲电流，经各自的整流滤波回路后，向微机负载提供 5V 和 12V 直流电压。电路以+5V 输出电压为反馈信号，送到控制组件取样放大器的同相输入端与基准电压相比较，比较的误差经放大后控制脉冲方波的宽度，从而调整+5V 直流输出的电压值，达到稳压的目的。为了使电源安全工作，一般设有过流、过压保扩和市电欠压保护等电路。
