　　IR2133IR2135 / IR2233IR2355（J＆S）是高压，高速功率MOSFET和IGBT驱动器，具有三个独立的高端和低端参考输出通道，用于3相应用。专有的HVIC技术可实现坚固耐用的单片结构。逻辑输入与CMOS或LSTTL输出兼容，低至2.5V逻辑。独立的运算放大器通过外部电流检测电阻提供电桥电流的模拟反馈。终止所有六个输出的电流跳闸功能也可以从该电阻派生。关闭功能可用于终止所有六个输出。提供一个漏极开路故障信号来指示发生了过流或欠压关断。使用FLT-CLR导线清除故障条件。输出驱动器具有高脉冲电流缓冲级，旨在实现最小驱动器交叉传导。传播延迟相匹配，以简化在高频应用中的使用。浮动通道可用于驱动工作电压高达600伏或1200伏的高端配置的N沟道功率MOSFET或IGBT。
