　　1． 概述

　　如果发生错误，将在悬置教育操纵台（见图1）明确显示出错信息。如果同时发生几个错误，则将选择最早发生的那个错误。

　　所有的错误和状态变化也登记在登记簿中，注明时间。有关这些登记的详细情况，见本手册第12章，服务 – 登记簿。

　　1．1 确认出错信息

　　∙ 按OK

　　将再次显示错误发生前显示的窗口。如果你以后想观看出错信息，你可在登记簿中找到它，见本手册第12章：服务 – 登记簿。

　　1．2 调用纠正错误的建议

　　∙ 按OK

　　显示有关可能纠正的措施信息，及错误原因（见图2）。

　　∙ 按LOG显示登记簿而不显示核查单。

　　1．3 封锁出错信息

　　能以手动模式，封锁出错信息不让它弹出。按SLEEP按钮即可实现。例如如果存在许多有关输入输出处理的错误和需要程序中的改变，这是很有用的。通过VIEW/LOG和SPECIAL/SLEEP BUTTON VISIBLE，启动SLEEP按钮。

　　休眠的解除通过服务窗口完成。VIEW/LOG和SPECIAL/ERROR FOCUS ON，它也能通过模式转换到AUTO来完成。

　　1．4 认可警告信息

　　有时会显示出警告或信息文字。这种信息的显示形式为最小化的看门狗画幅，仅隐藏上一窗口的一部分。

　　按ENTER键，认可该信息。

　　1．5 登记信息用的符号

　　状态变化信息

　　状态变化信息是登记簿中对应系统正常事件的一个输入项，如程序启动和停止、操作模式改变、马达的开关等。

　　警告信息

　　警告是你需要意识的事件，这种事件并不严重到需要停止过程或RAPID程序的程度。

　　出错信息

　　错误是阻止机械手继续工作的事件。运行过程或RAPID程序不能继续，被停止。
