与SG2016VGN和SG2520EHN六脚多输出低抖动高频差分晶振不同。爱普生的2024年下半年开始量产的两款SG2016CBN和SG2520CBN系列不借助六脚差分输出方式获得高精度和低抖动特性,而是在通用的4脚有源晶振基础上的工艺技术提升，输出波形为CMOS，而不是LVDS和LV-PECL。随着数字媒体的快速发展，通讯网络设备对于图像、音频的传输要求越来越高。为了更好的适配这一需求，爱普生正式发布高频率、低抖动晶体振荡器SG2016CBN和SG2520CBN系列。它们采用爱普生新型低噪声整数N锁相环技术（Integer-NPLL），支持从75MHz到170MHz的高频率区间，最低全温频率容差仅为±15ppm，工作温度最高可达125℃，并且低抖动典型值仅为0.3ps，非常适合需要高频、低抖动时钟的应用，例如网络设备和图像/音频传输。两者在性能是精度、相位噪声、功耗电流，引脚方式等都一致，主要区别是外部尺寸的差异。

-型号示例和含义说明：SG2016CBN 156.250000MHz TJJSA（2016 156.25MHz 50ppm@-40~+125℃,1.8V/3.3V）

-尺寸：SG2016CBN：2.0x1.6x0.6mm；SG2520CBN：2.5x2.0x0.74mm

-频率范围（fo）：75MHz至170MHz;

-标准频率值:目前量产4个标准频率：100MHz，125MHz、150MHz、156.25MHz。标准频率为货架产品，可以快速下单订货。其它频率可以生成，但交期较长。

-电源电压（VCC）：1.62V至3.63V

-电流消耗（ICC）：12.5mA典型值/16.6mA最大值（fo=156.25MHz，VCC=3.3V），最大12.4mA（fo=125MHz，VCC=3.3V）

-全温频率容差（f_tol）：±25xppm/50ppm（-40°C至+125°C）/±15ppm（-40°C至+105°C）

-相位抖动（tPJ）：0.3ps（典型值）（偏移频率：12kHz至20MHz）

-引脚数：4脚,第一脚可选OE或SE，选型时需要注意确定型号。
