爱普生XC1011SD是一款为汽车电气稳定控制系统设计的组合式角速度加速度传感器，它集成了单轴陀螺仪传感器和双轴加速度计，可以在输出Z轴角速度同时输出X轴与Y轴的加速度变化，主要用于检测设备的移动、倾斜或振动等物理状态。爱普生通过通过安装诊断功能实现这款组合传感器的高可靠性。

-集成陀螺仪传感器和双轴加速度计：通过爱普生系统化的整合设计，减少了研发时的调试时间，还提高了系统的整体性能指标及可靠性。

-采用爱普生双T结构专利技术的石英晶体元件：外部尺寸仅有6.5 x 5.2mm，待机功耗小于20mA，进一步实现了超小型和低功耗的目标。

-数字输出：通过SPI接口输出16位角速率(Yaw)和加速度(X, Y-axis)和，11位温度信息。

-实时监测传感器状态：通过安装诊断功能，确保其长期稳定运行。

-抗震和抗振动性能：设计中特别考虑了满足汽车抗震动需求，使得该传感器在恶劣环境下也能保持良好的性能。
