特高压交流GIL输电技术研究及应用

　　气体绝缘输电线路（gas-insulated transmission line，GIL）具有传输容量大、运行可靠性高、环境友好的特点，国内外尚无特高压GIL成熟产品和应用案例，亟需开展其关键技术和工程应用研究。针对特高压GIL工程应用开展了绝缘设计、通流能力和SF6/N2混合气体方案研究，提出了间隙和绝缘子设计场强控制原则，对特高压GIL关键绝缘件（三支柱绝缘子）的电场分布做了仿真计算；提出了导电杆电联结触头结构，校核了GIL通流温升性能；针对日益提升的环保要求，分析了SF6/N2混合气体绝缘特性、混合比要求、气压和设计场强，并对SF6替代的环保气体应用进行了展望。根据上述技术分析，给出了特高压GIL标准单元典型结构和主要技术参数，分析了绝缘件、微粒陷阱和外壳等关键组部件特点。依托淮南一南京一上海特高压交流输电工程，在特高压变电站开展了特高压GIL替代气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备（gas insulated switchgear，GIS）母线应用，并在南京、苏州、泰州特高压变电站实现了特高压GIL产品的工程示范应用。总体上，国内己掌握特高压交流GIL关键技术，为苏通GIL综合管廊工程的特高压GIL过江应用提供了较好的技术基础。
